# Command DBDocDelete

### **Syntax**

*Tell DSAK DBDocDelete filename docID*

### Function

Delete document by NoteID or UniversalID.

### Parameters

* *filename*:  Full path and name of an existing database
* *docID*: NoteID or UniversalID of the document to be deleted

### Examples

```
> Tell DSAK DBDocDelete test.nsf 1112
22.01.2024 18:03:57   DSAK: Document 1112 deleted in database test.nsf
```

> Tell DSAK DBDocDelete test.nsf A202FCAD47FC8F0CC1258AAC005D35A6
